For as long as he can remember, Beau has had a passion for expressing himself creatively. After learning the basics of Adobe Creative Suite in a middle school class, he began to use his new tools to design digital art and record the content of the things he was inspired by. Beau loved the freedoms he could explore and knew this was the start of a lifetime of creating.

When Beau learned of CSU’s Apparel Design school, he did not hesitate to learn more to feed his creative drive. Currently, he is a third-year Apparel and Merchandising major with a concentration in Apparel Design and Production. Beau has learned the most up-to-date techniques within design and business marketing in this industry. He demonstrates his abilities to direct creatively and tell stories through his designs. In his studies, he has experience in design ideation through fashion illustration, concept ideation, and
mood board development. Beau also has technical design skills through techniques like flat patterning, draping, and technical package/technical flat design in Adobe Creative Suite and Clo3D. Additionally, Microsoft Office enables Beau to effectively merchandise and analyze data, supporting informed decision-making in product development and retail strategies.

Beau found his grandfather's old Sony Handycam and began recording lifestyle content for him and his friends. After a year of experimenting with cameras and editing software, Beau began a passion for freelance videography and promotion. He now captures everything from concerts and action sports to promotional advertisements and visual merchandising for emerging local fashion brands in Fort Collins, CO.

From a young age, Beau always loved making lifestyle content of himself and his friends. He would film them skateboarding and making art in the north of Chicago Illinois, where Beau grew up. He was fascinated by 90s skateboarding videos filmed on the iconic SONY DCR-VX1000. When looking through bins of his grandfather’s belongings, Beau found his old Sony Handy Cam, which allowed him to grow his passion into promotion. He now captures everything from concerts and action sports to promotional advertisements and visual merchandising.
